Tarragon : |
An aristocratic
herb with a savoury flavour and hidden tang. One of the fines
herbes with chervil and parsley. Use in bearnaise and hollandaise
sauces, soups, fish dishes and with delicate vegetables.
Packing: 50gm and 100gm heat sealed packet.
